Job description
Graceworks Enhanced Living in Ohio is seeking a capable leader to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential home for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise the Direct Support Professional team, ensure welfare and daily living skills, and maintain a supportive, dignified environment aligned with Gentle Teaching principles.
This full-time day-shift role requires strong management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Ohio driver's license.
