House Cleaner/ Home Service ProfessionalWhy Join Molly Maid?Great Pay: Earn $16.00 – $20.00 per hour based on your experience, quality, and speed.High Earning Potential: Ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.Freedom & Flexibility: Full-time hours with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.Company Vehicle: We provide a company car while you work—no putting miles on your own vehicle.Full Benefits: Earn up to 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, which includes your sick leave.What You'll DoProfessional Cleaning: Work in a team to clean customer homes using our proven, simple process.Customer Connection: Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure they feel cared for.Team Support: Help maintain equipment and supplies to ensure every job is a success.RequirementsLegally authorized to work in the United States.Available Monday through Friday, typically between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.Physical stamina to perform tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Clean background check and professional attitude.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred.No experience required! We will teach you everything you need to know.
