We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Consultant to help homeowners make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems. This is an opportunity for an established sales professional to join a family-owned company with nearly 20 years of experience serving Brookfield and the surrounding communities.

Your Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to understand their comfort concerns, evaluate their needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with residential customers for scheduled in-home consultations

Building trust and asking questions to fully understand customer needs

Presenting heating, cooling, and indoor comfort options clearly and confidently

Educating homeowners so they can make informed purchasing decisions

Preparing and presenting proposalsate

Securing customer payment and completing required sales documentation

Coordinating with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition after the sale

Maintaining accurate customer and sales information

Representing Central Air professionally throughout the customer experience

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of HVAC, home-services, or skilled-trade sales experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong consultative sales, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to connect with homeowners and explain technical information in an understandable way

Self-motivation and the ability to manage appointments, priorities, and follow-up independently

Comfortable using computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Ability to safely walk job sites, climb ladders, and access rooftops when necessary

Additional Experience We Value

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Residential HVAC equipment and system replacement sales

Residential load calculations

Bryant or Carrier equipment

NATE certification

Financing or presenting multiple HVAC solution options
