About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Installation Specialist, you will serve as a key technical lead, ensuring that home comfort systems are installed to the highest standards of efficiency and performance. You will play a vital role in elevating the homeowner experience by delivering precise, reliable climate control solutions while mentoring junior team members to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Execute high-quality installations of residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring optimal system performance and longevity.
Direct installation projects by coordinating crew activities to meet project timelines and technical specifications.
Verify that all mechanical work adheres to local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
Provide clear, professional communication to homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance best practices.
Drive project success by maintaining meticulous attention to detail during ductwork, refrigerant piping, and electrical integration.
Foster a culture of craftsmanship by upholding rigorous quality control standards on every job site.
Qualifications
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC system installation.
3+ years of proven success in a lead or supervisory role for installation crews.
Current EPA Universal Certification.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Advanced proficiency in technical troubleshooting and system commissioning.
Preferred Skills
Active pursuit or possession of NATE certification.
Experience with advanced zoning systems and high-efficiency equipment.
Demonstrated history of professional development and technical training.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer relations.
