Location: Granbury, TX
Pay Range: Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 40+ hours per week

What You'll Do
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Set and connect ductwork, fittings, and related components
Complete jobs efficiently and within projected labor hours
Test, balance, and verify proper system performance
Maintain truck inventory and installation tools
Follow all applicable mechanical and safety codes
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong hands-on experience installing HVAC systems
Own the tools needed to perform installation work
Knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigeration systems
Understanding of low-voltage controls and wiring
Ability to read system designs and install ductwork correctly
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving installation-related issues
Working knowledge of residential and light commercial code requirements
