Residential HVAC Installer – Turn Your Trade Into a Long-Term Career at A/D

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring HVAC Installers.
We're an established Southern California HVAC company with more than four decades in business, now under new ownership and management with major plans for growth.
We're building a team of installers who want a career—not simply their next job.
What You'll Be Installing
Our installation team handles residential HVAC replacement and installation projects including:
Air conditioners
Gas furnaces
Heat pumps
Air handlers
Evaporator coils
Package units
Mini-split systems
Thermostats and controls
Ductwork and airflow modifications
Refrigerant piping
Condensate systems
Plenums and sheet-metal transitions
You’ll work alongside experienced HVAC professionals while using proper installation practices to deliver clean, professional systems our customers can rely on.

Previous HVAC installation experience is strongly preferred. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred/required as applicable.
