Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning Residential HVAC Sales ConsultantIsaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Consultant for their Rochester, NY location.For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. First-year potential earnings could exceed $150,000+Responsibilities:In-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of Residential HVAC equipment and servicesMaintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for Residential HVAC divisionRegularly develop sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledgeResponsible for scheduling jobs, design and job ordersCommunicate scope of work with Residential Install and/or Service teamsEnsure great client service from order to delivery and beyondJob Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious sales experience in a similar setting preferredKnowledge of HVAC, home, and/or energy industries preferredClean driving record with valid driver's licenseCompetencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, or insulation products preferredProven experience in sales, energy consulting, or related field preferredSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilitiesWhat can we offer you?Base salary of $80,000 plus 2% commission for 6 months, then will be Commission-Only at 10%Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plan with company matchPaid Vacation and New York State sick timeThe anticipated first-year earnings for this position is $150,000 or more. The base salary is $80,000 with 2% commission on all sales for your first 6 months. After 6 months, you will then switch to commission-only at 10%. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.This employer participates in E-Verify to verify the employment eligibility of all new hires.
