Residential HVAC Sales / Home Performance SpecialistPosition: Residential HVAC Sales / Home Performance Specialist, PDX and VancouverStart Date: Available ImmediatelySalary/Commission: 60K Base + 4% commission ($100-150K first year projection)Schedule: Mon-Fri, full-time, 8 AM to 4 PMLocation: In-OfficeWho We AreOur customer is one of the fastest-growing HVAC contractors in the state of Oregon. Crafting a niche outside of the traditional HVAC Contractor model, they focus on Overall Home Performance to assess the overall efficiency before even addressing the HVAC system. Whether it be new windows, insulation, air quality, the HVAC system, or all those aspects, our client aims to make the home as efficient as possible to save the property owner thousands overall. They specialize in heat pumps and retrofitting current systems to ones that are remarkably more efficient. Does this sound like it's somewhere you will thrive?What You'll DoDrive new residential business through proactive outreach, networking, and lead follow-upConduct in-home consultations, providing energy-efficiency assessments and customized HVAC solutionsEducate customers on the benefits of our full home performance offerings, including rebates, tax credits, and energy savingsCollaborate with technicians, energy auditors, and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experienceGoal to add and build a sales team during 2025Maintain accurate records in our CRM and consistently follow up with leadsStay up-to-date on industry trends, utility programs, and energy efficiency technologiesWhat You BringSelf-Starter MentalityProven sales experience (preferably in HVAC, home performance, weatherization, solar, or energy efficiency)A personal connection to sustainability, emissions reduction, or housing equity is a huge plusExperience with CRM systems – Service Titan experience a huge plusExperience doing assessments is a bonusStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for educating homeowners
