What You'll DoTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and optimize system performance
Deliver 5-star customer service with clear explanations and recommendations
Document work thoroughly and uphold safety and quality standards
Choose Your ScheduleFlexible scheduling options: multiple shifts, flexible days, and 4x10s available
Earning Potential & RewardsUp to $45/hour base pay, plus a bonus plan on top of base pay
Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $50+/hr, with additional bonuses and incentives
Top candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000
Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year
Minimum 2 weeks of Paid Time Off for all new hires

What You BringProven experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
Relevant licenses and certifications; HVAC Journeyman's License required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
Motivated, dependable, and customer-focused
ComplianceAbility to pass a background check and drug test
