Job Description Job Description Glenn-Aire Company was established in 1975 and is located in Granbury. The primary purpose of our company is to design, engineer, install, service, and maintain residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. We have received many national awards and pride ourselves in our customer relationships and customer service.

Job Summary : Service and maintain residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Schedule : 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed
Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses. Monthly spiffs as high as $2,500! Monthly revenue bonus up to $1,250! You can make up to $150,000 yearly in total compensation!

Required Qualifications :
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school preferred
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Texas Technician license
NATE Certified preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
