Job Description Job Description Calloway Home Solutions is growing, and we're looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers to join our team.
We're hiring for both sides of the trade:
HVAC Installers: $25-$35/hour
HVAC Service Technicians: $27-$38/hour
Licensed / multi-trade candidates: Up to $40+/hour based on qualifications
We're a locally owned electrical, HVAC, and generator company based in Winchester and serving Central Kentucky.

Whether your strength is diagnosing and repairing equipment, completing clean installations, or both , we want to hear from experienced HVAC professionals.
What You May Do
Depending on your experience and position:
Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control, and airflow issues
Install and replace residential heating and cooling systems
Complete equipment changeouts
Install refrigerant lines, drains, controls, ductwork, and related components
Complete system startups, testing, and commissioning
Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Complete accurate job documentation
Represent Calloway professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Previous residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
Service candidates should have solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Installer candidates should be capable of completing quality residential installations
EPA Section 608 certification preferred
Kentucky Journeyman or Master HVAC licensing is highly valued
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Dependable, motivated, and willing to continue learning
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Someone who takes pride in their work and follows through
Multi-Trade or Generator Experience? Even Better.
Because Calloway provides HVAC, electrical, and generator services , we're especially interested in people whose experience doesn't stop at one trade.
Highly preferred qualifications include:
Kentucky Journeyman or Master HVAC license
Kentucky Journeyman or Master Electrician license
Dual HVAC / electrical licensing
Dual Master HVAC / Master Electrician licensing
Residential standby generator installation experience
Generator service and diagnostic experience
Generac installation, service, or training experience
If you're an HVAC professional who also knows electrical or generators-or you're one of those rare people holding Master licenses in both HVAC and electrical-we definitely want to talk.
Multiple licenses, Master-level qualifications, and generator experience will be reflected in compensation.
Pay & Benefits
HVAC Installers: $25-$35/hour
HVAC Service Technicians: $27-$38/hour
