Residential HVAC Service Technician
It's Your Heating & Cooling Guy™ is proud to announce the opening of our new Northwest Ohio location in Elmore! As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our award-winning team and help us serve homeowners throughout the Toledo area.

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
