What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with precision
Deliver a world-class customer experience on every call
Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
Identify opportunities to improve system performance (and customer comfort)
Execute same-day solutions using our proven process (no guesswork)
Manage your van stock, parts, and POs like a professional
Work alongside a dispatch and support team that has your back

What We're Looking For
HVAC experience (Service or Install crossover welcome)
EPA Certified
Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
Comfortable communicating with homeowners
Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
Coachable, competitive, and takes pride in their work
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (we'll train the right person)
