Assist homeowners, contractors, and builders with product inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with expert guidance.
Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, upselling products, and building lasting relationships.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am -5pm, and a 1/2 day on Saturday rotation.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
