Job description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a dedicated Lead Direct Support Provider (DSP) to join our Residential Services team. You will lead a team of DSPs, support residents with IDD or MH needs, and ensure a safe, person-centered home environment.
The role includes shift coverage from 3pm-11pm every other weekend, with occasional two weekdays and one weekend day. Flexibility and teamwork are essential to meet program needs.
