Responsibilities:
Lead installation projects for residential HVAC systems, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to provide accurate recommendations and solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options and answer questions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of installations, services, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation or related field.
Relevant HVAC certification and state license required.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including installation and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
