Job description
Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Lead Staff to assist the Residential Manager with the daily operation of the residential program. You will provide direct services to residents and coordinate transportation to medical and other appointments.
You will follow guidance from the Residential Manager, ensure health and nutrition needs are met, assist with plan development, and be available on call to support the home’s needs.
