Residential Manager - Capital RegionPositions open in Albany & SchenectadySalary $62400 - $75100/yr Based on ExperienceWe pay for experience; Please Submit an updated resumePositions available in Schenectady and LathamRequirementsEducation & ExperienceAt least 1 years' supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and /or developmental disabilities is required;PREFERRED 1 years' management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and /or developmental disabilitiesHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Who we are:Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. We hire those dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.Who we are looking for:Wildwood Residential Program is looking for a caring, compassionate Residential Manager to who has experience working with people with disabilities in a residential setting.Successful candidates willexhibit the ability to interact with our individuals in a positive encouraging wayhave a history of commitment and leadershipbe comfortable stepping in and filling vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacation or vacant positionsbe patience, and supportive leadershave a positive attitudeThis Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are coveringAdditional Requirements:A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification.SCIP-R certification based on program need.
