Job description
The Arc Ontario is seeking a Residence Manager in Geneva, NY to lead daily operations of our residential homes, ensure safety and cleanliness, and guide staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care within budget and agency values. You'll collaborate with the treatment team and Residential Nurse, supervise staff, and develop personalized care plans while maintaining medical protocols.
