Job description
Benchmark Human Services in Farmingdale, NJ is seeking a Residential Manager to lead a group home and ensure safe, respectful supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
You will coordinate staffing, schedule and attend appointments, mentor DSPs, monitor finances and meals, while advancing opportunities for community participation.
