Advancing Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager in Woodland Park, NJ. This full-time role oversees daily operations at a residential site, supervises Direct Support Professionals, and ensures a safe, respectful living environment aligned with individual service plans.
The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of managerial experience in IDD, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
