Job description
Upstate Caring Partners seeks a Residence Manager to oversee daily shift operations at a residential facility in Central New York. You will coordinate staff training, ensure IPP implementation, and advocate for individuals to be integrated into community life.
The role requires an Associates degree in Human Services or related field, with a preference for BS/BA, and at least one year of experience. A valid NYS Driver’s License and basic computer skills are required.
