Residential Manager
The Residential Manager position oversees residential homes, staff, compliance, and quality services for individuals supported by Arrowhead West, Inc.

What Will You Need?
Bachelor's degree in a human services or management field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in human services; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
What Will You Receive?
Salary range: $49,920 - $67,600 annually
