Join our growing team of Residential Marketing Associates in Anchorage, Alaska!
Looking to start a career in sales—without giving up a steady paycheck? This role is perfect for someone who wants sales experience, coaching, and real earning potential , while still having the security of an hourly base wage.
At Renewal by Andersen of Alaska , our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission , so your income grows with your performance.
What You’ll Do
Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Compensation & Earning Potential
$19/hour base pay to start
Performance-based commission (uncapped)
$78K target total compensation for productive agents
Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually
Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
This is a merit-based role : the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
