Job description
Guild is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide supportive services in a residential setting for adults with serious mental illness. The role includes teaching coping strategies, modeling daily living skills, and documenting in an EMR.
You will participate in team crisis planning, maintain client records, and ensure confidentiality. A behavioral sciences degree with 2,000 hours of MH experience or Minnesota credentialing is required.
