Job description
NBT Bank in New York seeks a Mortgage Originator to grow residential mortgage and home equity lending by building a network of outside referrals and guiding clients through the loan process from application to closing.
The role requires evening hours and weekend availability, plus an NMLS certification (or ability to obtain on hire). Travel up to 50% and strong networking are essential to meet sales goals. This position offers competitive compensation including commissions.
