Job description
Ascend Bank is seeking a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer in Connecticut to solicit loan applications by building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and attorneys in the community. You will actively promote the bank's mortgage offerings and guide prospects through the loan process.
You will interview applicants, collect complete documents, coordinate with Mortgage Processing, and work with the processing team to close loans promptly while upholding bank policies and HMDA
