Job description
New Day Recovery in Louisiana is seeking a Residential Director of Nursing to lead nursing care in our detox and residential program. You will supervise medical and housekeeping staff, ensure safe staffing ratios, and maintain compliance with DHHS, JC, and private insurance requirements to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
A BSN is preferred; 1 year emergency or med‑surge nursing experience, 2+ years clinical and supervision experience, and strong leadership and communication skills are
