Job description
Rimrock Trails Treatment Services in Prineville, Oregon, is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to provide executive leadership for the adolescent residential program, overseeing daily operations, staffing, budget, and program development.
This 32-hour workweek, four-day schedule is a salaried position with a compensation range of $95,000–$115,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and wellness days.
