Do you have references?Alliance Painting has immediate opportunities for high-end residential painters to work full time, year round. Our focus is residential projects in Dallas - Ft Worth. We paint Monday - Saturday.Responsibilities:Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional mannerMaintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesInspects work for the highest qualityMaintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's propertyFollows all safety policies and proceduresEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsMaintains company equipment per guidelinesRequirements - experience in the following:Power washingMaskingCut-In walls and trim, creating a straight linePainting exteriors (spraying)Spraying cabinets & panelingStaining, refinishing doors & cabinetsReplace & install exterior trim & sidingWe are looking for craftsmen with the following experience:Crew LeadSpray menDrywall repair / tape bed and texturePaintersHelpers (no experience necessary)Weekly Pay & Bonus potential Pay Rate: $100-$200 per day (Based on experience) All employees must be cleared through E-Verify and must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
