Residential Painting Sales AssociateCertaPro Painters is looking for an enthusiastic Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering certainty to our clients, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong work ethic. What You'll Do Every day is different — and that's the fun part.Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and build lasting relationshipsConduct one-on-one consultations and create customized proposalsManage projects from sale to completion — keeping them on time and on budgetCommunicate regularly with customers to ensure 5-star satisfactionRepresent our brand at community events and through local marketing effortsAttend regional and national trainings to keep sharpening your skillsKeep organized, accurate records in our CRM (we love a detail-oriented pro!)What You Bring3+ years of experience in sales or a related fieldConstruction or painting sales experience (preferred)A valid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong communication skills and natural relationship-building abilitySolid organization and problem-solving skillsA track record of accomplishments, promotions, or goal-crushing resultsPositive energy and a strong work ethic — culture matters here!Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe in rewarding performance and supporting growth.
