Residential Service PlumberLifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber in East Dundee, IL. In this role, you will be diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems. You'll be making our customers' homes safe and comfortable while maintaining our high standards for safety and quality.This position offers a flexible 4 or 5 day work week. Estimated total compensation, including hourly rate, spiffs, and commissions is $50+ per hour.Founded in 2010 in Elgin, Illinois, Lifeline Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was started as a husband-and-wife team. Gradually, over time, our team started to take on new members, adding only the most skilled and knowledgeable individuals in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries. Today, our company has over 20 service trucks, all of which are equipped to handle a variety of plumbing, heating, and cooling tasks. Lifeline partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.What can we offer you?Competitive rate of $35/hour plus spiffs and commissionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployer-Provided Life InsurancePaid Time off and HolidaysSafe working conditionsSupportive team environment with opportunities for growthResponsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential settingsRepair and replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systemsPerform maintenance checks and routine inspectionsAccurately quote plumbing services and explain repairs to homeownersEnsure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulationsDocuments legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience working with residential plumbingField experience managing and operating a service truckValid driver's license / clean driving recordAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsCompetencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsThe starting base hourly rate for this position is $35 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
