Residential Plumber (PL02)At Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing, we are committed to Improving Lives™. As an experienced Residential Plumber (PL02), you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.At Barron, a Residential Plumber (PL02) will:Install, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and fixtures: water heaters (tank type, tankless, heat pump), water filtration, pumps, plumbing fixtures and other household plumbing componentsIdentify and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or equipment failuresWork on Residential Retrofit and light commercial projectsAccurately complete job and follow up tasks in a timely mannerReview and interpret plans/drawings related to the building tradesWork with various types of piping materialsFollow health and safety standards and building codesEstimate time, materials, and costs for plumbing jobsCollaborate with contractors, customers and Barron teamWillingness to participate in the on-call rotationRespond to plumbing emergencies and perform necessary repairsDemonstrate a strong desire to solve challenges while providing exceptional serviceWork well both individually and within a teamThrive in a fast-paced work environmentTrain and manage less experienced plumbers to improve their knowledge, skill and productivityMaintain a clean work vehicleWillingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areasRegularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipmentFrequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight or overhead spacesMaintain a Barron branded appearance at all times per company policyStay current on CEU'sMeet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Exhibit a "Team Barron" attitudeShare Barron's mission of Improving Lives™An outstanding Residential Plumber (PL02) will have the following natural strengths & talents:Attention to detailProblem solverCreativeEnjoys a challengeTeam playerCompensation:Full-Time$37.50 - $55.00 per hour; DOEEligible for Performance PayAnnual cost-of-living adjustmentsExperience & Qualifications:3+ years of Plumbing experience requiredActive Residential (PL02) LicenseActive Electrical Trainee CardValid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving recordPre-Employment Drug ScreeningHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageLegally eligible to work in the United StatesBarron Provides:100% employer paid medical, dental & vision plans for employee Eligible dependents may be covered through pre-tax payroll deductionPaid holidays and vacation401k matching programEmployee discounts on servicesCompany sponsored events and team buildingBarron Apparel/UniformsA culture of collaboration, sharing of knowledge and respect for one anotherWhen applying please upload:ResumeCover Letter and include: Which of our 5 Core Values resonates with you most, and why Why you believe you are the best candidate to join the Barron TeamDuring the Hiring Process, our Team will:Review application materials and select qualified candidatesSchedule an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of our People Operations & Culture team for candidates moving forwardContact 2-3 professional references provided by the candidate following a successful in-person interviewExtend an offer of employment to the selected future Barron Team member
