Residential Service PlumberMUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT! If you're ready to take the next step in your plumbing career, this is the opportunity for you!Job ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Installations & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairsSystem Inspections & Testing – Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homesTroubleshooting & Diagnostics – Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionalityCustomer Interaction – Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfactionCost Estimation & Solutions – Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairsPreventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performanceService Titan – Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentationCompliance & Safety – Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulationsCustomer Service Excellence – Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionQualificationsExperience – 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbingCertification – Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferredTechnical Expertise – Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacementsService Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plusCommunication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersAttention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulationsCustomer-Focused – A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitudeDriver's License – Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordBenefitsMedical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expensesDisability & Term Life Insurance – Financial security for you and your loved onesMatching 401(K) Benefits – Competitive retirement savings plan to help secure your futureOngoing Training & Development – Opportunities for continuous growth and skill enhancementPaid Holidays & PTO – Paid time off for holidays and generous paid time off for work-life balanceCall The Bee may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable laws.Join our team at Call The Bee and become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
