Residential Service PlumberBenjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air ConditioningDiagnose residential plumbing problems, explain options to homeowners and complete approved repairs and installations. This hands-on field role is for an experienced plumber who values quality work and clear, pressure-free customer service.Compensation & BenefitsAdvertised total earnings: $125,000–$200,000 per year, including base pay and performance-based incentives.Competitive base pay, with incentives tied to your own completed work and results.Company-provided vehicle, uniforms, tools and equipment.PTO, paid holidays and a full suite of benefits.ResponsibilitiesRun residential plumbing service calls throughout San Diego.Diagnose problems accurately and explain repair and replacement options with upfront pricing.Help homeowners choose solutions without pressure or gimmicks.Complete approved repairs and installations with quality workmanship.Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to keep calls running smoothly.Record accurate job notes, photos and paperwork in ServiceTitan.Keep your company vehicle, tools and equipment clean and organized.Follow company safety, pricing, communication and job-completion procedures.Assist with advanced plumbing calls according to your experience and skill level.Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing professionally and stand behind your work.Required Qualifications5+ years of residential plumbing service experience.Strong diagnostic and repair skills.Clear communication and the ability to explain options to homeowners.Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.Pride in clean work, accurate documentation and quality workmanship.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ServiceTitan or similar software.Team SupportSteady residential service calls, professional dispatch and office support, a local brand with national support, and a supportive team with room to grow.Compensation: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
