We are actively seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician! We inspire our employees to be the best they can be and consider our team, our most important resource.Reasons to Join Parks:Up to $50/hr with Bonuses, Commissions and Spiffs!We have Techs making over $200k a year!Our average technician makes $100k a year!Company sponsored Health insurance benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental)Company sponsored PTO plus 5 Paid holidaysCompany Sponsored retirement plan (401k Retirement Plan with a 3% company match)Paid on-going training.Responsibilities:Understand the plumbing system in order to accurately troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.Physically capable of going through crawlspaces and attics when necessary.Know how to educate customers and provide detailed option sheets with the right products and services.Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.Ability to make repairs and properly test for functionality and leaks.Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.Qualifications:Three (3)+ Years of residential plumbing service experience.Knowledgeable of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.Develop proven track record in soldering, fixture installation, leak detection and repair.Continued education and training.Clean, safe driving record.Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Strong verbal and written communications.High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.Please submit a copy of your resume for consideration.Benefits:401(k) matchingCompany truckDental insuranceEmployee discountFuel cardHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceExperience:residential plumbing service: 3 years (Required)ServiceTitan: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)Work Location: "On the road"
