RISE Life Services in Greenport, NY is seeking an IRA Residential Manager to oversee and maintain the operation of the Individualized Residential Alternative serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director and Program Coordinator, the Residential Manager will lead direct support staff, ensure compliance with medication protocols, coordinate services, prepare for external audits, and maintain detailed records to support person-centered planning
