Job description
Benchmark Human Services is hiring for a Residential Manager in Swedesboro, NJ. This in-person, full-time role requires overseeing direct support staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with IDD in a group home. Training will be provided for required certifications.
Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of management experience, prior NJ DD/DDD exposure, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Competitive benefits are included.
