Job description
Sevita is seeking a Residential Manager to lead our residential operations across homes and communities. You will supervise Supervisors and Team Leaders, manage programming, and ensure quality service delivery to participants in accordance with licensing and agency policies.
The role requires coordinating admissions, maintaining budgets, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and supporting families. Travel and ongoing training are expected as part of duties.
