Job description
WMFHA is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee HOAs, condominiums, and co-ops in the Huntington, NY area. You will manage daily operations, serve as the main contact for homeowners, residents, board members, and vendors, and coordinate board meetings and minutes.
The role includes overseeing property maintenance, vendor contracts, budgets, financial reporting, and expense management to ensure high resident satisfaction and compliance with governing documents and regulations.
