Armed with a professional, "can-do" attitude, you will:Speak with customers about their roofs and answer any questionsPerform hands-on repairs and maintenance according to industry regulations and our company's high standardsDocument services and client interactions in our CRMManage new technicians, help train them up, and coach them throughout service projectsMaintain a neat and professional uniform and work vehicleParticipate in required meetings and training sessionsWhat You'll Need3+ years of proven, in-resume roofing experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationSolid technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use a CRM (customer relationship management) systemPreferred - Courteous communication skills, respectful collaboration abilities, and a professional customer service mindsetYour HoursThe typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.Are You The Residential Roof Service Tech We're Looking For?Since 2006, the Burkhardt family has been on an inspiring journey to revolutionize the roofing industry by creating a company that truly prioritizes its team, clients, and community.
