Residential Roofing Sales Representative (Outside Sales)Start Date: ImmediatelySalary Range: $80,000-$180,000Position Overview: JR&CO is seeking a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Representative (Outside Sales) to generate new business, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the roofing sales process from inspection to project completion. This outside sales representative role combines sales, customer service, and project coordination while giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule. You will identify opportunities, present roofing solutions, and work with estimators and operations to deliver high-quality projects. This position starts in residential roofing sales with opportunities to expand into service and commercial markets. Join our team today and help us build something great!Essential Functions:Generate new business through door-to-door sales, referrals, networking, and prospectingEducate homeowners on roof replacement, repair options, and insurance restoration processesCollaborate with estimators and operations to ensure accurate project scope and pricingTrack leads, proposals, and sales activity using CRM softwareMaintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referralsNegotiate contracts and guide customers through the roofing sales process from lead to closeCreate and present roofing sales proposals and project estimatesPerform roof inspections and property assessments for residential customersRequired Skills and Abilities:Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for outside sales appointmentsStrong communication and presentation skills when working with homeownersSelf-motivated with strong time management and ability to work independentlyExperience with CRM and business software (Microsoft Office; EDGE and Pipedrive preferred)Knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, or storm restoration is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environmentAbility to prospect, generate leads, and close residential sales opportunitiesExperience in roofing sales, construction sales, home improvement sales, or outside sales preferredEducation and Experience:1-3 years B2C or B2B sales experience preferredKnowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits preferredConstruction or contracting background preferredCanvassing sales experience preferredTraining, Support, and DevelopmentPaid 4 weeks of training including roofing industry, construction education, and sales training.Access to Company apparel, marketing materials and CRMFully equipped office and support staff (Administration, production, quality control, etc.)Ongoing paid professional development for new products, and sales training.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test programIndoor office environment and outdoor door-to-door sales callingLocal travel to engage with clientsAbility to work evenings and weekends to meet client availabilityCompensation & Benefits Package:Weekly pay plus uncapped commissionsCompany truck or mileage reimbursementStrong bonus and incentive programHealth, Dental, vision, life insurancePaid time off401K with company matchPaid Parental LeaveWork Location: In person, Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding region.
