Sales And Customer Experience ManagerCertaPro Painters of New Bern–Jacksonville is looking for a driven, people-focused, results-oriented go-getter to own the customer experience from first consultation to final walkthrough. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role combining sales, leadership, and production management. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, leading teams, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role is for you.Sales & Customer Experience:Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationshipsConduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposalsFollow up with prospects and close projectsCommunicate clearly and consistently with customersRepresent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community eventsProduction & Leadership:Manage residential painting projects from start to finishPartner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiencyRecruit, onboard, train, and retain field team membersConduct job site inspections and safety meetingsEnsure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are metBusiness & Growth:Collaborate with sales, office, and production teamsMaintain accurate records in the CRMSet, meet, and exceed performance goalsWhat We're Looking For:Self-motivated, results-driven attitudeStrong communication and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workAbility to manage multiple projects at onceQualifications:2-year degree preferred or equivalent experienceSales or construction/painting experience preferredValid driver's license with clean driving recordWillingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as neededSpanish speaking a plus but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus commissions and bonusesOngoing training and career growth opportunitiesWhy CertaPro Painters:CertaPro Painters has been delivering certainty to customers since 1992 and is the largest painting franchise in North America.
