Residential Sales Representative – Home Improvement / Painting ServicesIf you're a self-starter who loves closing deals, meeting new people, and seeing tangible results from your work, this is the opportunity for you. We're looking for a Residential Sales Representative who thrives on competition, independence, and results. You'll receive qualified leads, but the top performers actively create new opportunities and build their own pipeline within their assigned territory.What You'll DoConduct in-home consultations and prepare digital estimates using our iPad-based quoting system.Build rapport, assess project needs, and present clear, detailed proposals.Follow up on open estimates and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.Actively market within your assigned territory — using neighborhood outreach, awareness campaigns, and referral-driven initiatives to build visibility and generate new leads.Collaborate with our production and operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.Represent the CertaPro brand with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.What We OfferGuaranteed base + uncapped commission (first-year expected earnings ? $60,000 – $90,000+ ; top performers exceed $100K).iPad and iPhone provided, plus company car or mileage reimbursement.Health insurance and 401(k) available after eligibility period.Paid training, ongoing sales coaching, and strong marketing support.A respected local brand backed by national resources and advanced technology.What We're Looking ForProven experience in in-home or field sales (home improvement, remodeling, roofing, flooring, etc.).Strong closing skills and a competitive drive to exceed goals.Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups, and stay organized.Comfortable using technology and mobile estimating tools.Availability for weekday appointments, with occasional evenings or Saturdays during busy season.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.About CertaPro PaintersSince 2002, CertaPro Painters of Naperville and Plainfield has built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
