Our Residential Security Teams (RST) are elite professionals dedicated to safeguarding high-profile residences and the individuals within. Operating with discretion, vigilance, and precision, our agents ensure a secure and seamless living environment for our clients and their families.We're seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response. You are detail-oriented, tactically aware, and capable of maintaining a secure perimeter while delivering exceptional service. You understand the nuances of residential environments and can adapt to dynamic family routines and estate operations.Your MissionPerimeter Security & Access Control: Monitor and secure property boundaries, gates, and entry points. Vet and manage access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate and monitor residential security systems including CCTV, motion sensors, and alarm systems.Emergency Response: Act as first responder to medical emergencies, intrusions, fire alarms, and other incidents within the residence.Routine Patrols & Area Sweeps: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of the property, ensuring all zones are secure and free of threats.Family & Staff Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with household members and staff. Understand and respect privacy and family dynamics.Incident Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity.Coordination with Protective Details: Support mobile executive protection teams during arrivals/departures and coordinate with estate management for seamless operations.Protocol Enforcement: Uphold household security protocols, including rules around photography, guest access, and restricted areas.Experience:Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.Certifications & Credentials:Rhode Island CCW and Rhode Island Armed Guard CardU.S. Passport & Driver's LicenseAmerican Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationCompletion of Residential Security or Executive Protection AcademyBackground Investigation & Drug ScreeningAbility to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)Skills & Attributes:Strong situational awareness and tactical mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and decisive under pressureHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismFamiliarity with residential security technologies and protocolsPreferred Qualifications:Prior military or law enforcement experienceLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit (when/where applicable)Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillanceExperience with estate management systems and smart home security platformsElite Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Advanced training in residential protection and defensive tacticsInformation Security:Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Crisis24 is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
