Residential Service Electrician Denver Metro Area | Full-Time | $30/hr Base + Performance Pay — Our Techs Average $40–$70/Hr

We're a well-established, locally owned residential electrical company serving the Denver Metro area with a 4.9-star reputation across more than 1,180 reviews. That reputation means a steady stream of warm, pre-sold service calls, so the homeowner already trusts the truck in the driveway. We're looking for a skilled Residential Service Electrician who takes pride in clean, code-right work and wants to earn well and grow without being micromanaged.
What's In It For You
$30/hour base during training, then performance-based pay where our techs average $40 to $70 an hour blended. Your earnings track your results, and there's no ceiling on them.
Take-home company vehicle (you'll need to live within about 25 miles of our Denver shop)

What You'll Do
Perform residential electrical service, diagnostics, and repairs
Give homeowners honest, straightforward recommendations and options
Deliver efficient, code-compliant work you can stand behind
Keep your vehicle and job sites clean and organized
Represent a trusted local brand professionally on every call
Document your work accurately and completely
What You Bring
Valid Colorado electrical license (journeyman or master )
Proven residential electrical service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Confident, genuine customer communication and comfort presenting options
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and able to pass a background check and drug screen
