Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot complex residential electrical issues efficiently.
Install & Upgrade: Execute code-compliant system upgrades and installations.
Educate & Connect: Offer homeowners clear, professional advice on safety risks and solution options.
Maintain Quality: Complete accurate service records while delivering five-star customer experiences.
What You Bring
2+ years of residential electrical experience.
Strong diagnostic mindset with deep knowledge of residential wiring and circuits.
Customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Compensation & Perks
*Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commissions ($75,000 - $150,000+ total annual earning potential).
Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
