Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Sales Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction, and is confident in quoting and executing their own jobs. Technicians are dispatched to pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial locations.
This Isn't New Construction. We work exclusively in occupied residential homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments.
Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers.
Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on the customer's needs by educating customers without using high-pressure sales tactics.
Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve the home's electrical system.
Deliver a five-star experience on every call.
Qualifications :
Journeyman Electrician License preferred
at least 4 years previous experience as an Electrician
Experience with estimating and quoting jobs in the field
Sales experience
Experience with Service Titan preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently unsupervised
Professional appearance and courteous personality with good customer service skills
