We combine the stability of a growing company with the supportive culture of a close-knit team.Sign-on bonus up to $5,000Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniforms providedHealth, dental, and vision insurance options after 90 days401(k) and Roth 401(k) with employer match up to 4%Paid holidays and vacation timeContinuous training and career growth opportunitiesSupportive team culture with long-term stabilityAs a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will:Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairsInspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homesDemonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every jobMaintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeownersAttend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classesParticipate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and proceduresManage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairsComplete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance callsHandle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.What you bring to the team:3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (required)Rhode Island Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience (required)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasksFlexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotationsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchPaid Holidays and VacationLife Insurance optionsYear-round work with long-term stabilityBonus and performance incentivesFully stocked company vehicles and tools providedOngoing training and professional development$80,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and performance)Bristol, RIPre-employment background check and drug screening may apply, subject to local laws.
