Harc , Inc. is seeking a Director of Residential Services in Hartford, CT.
This senior role oversees daily operations, compliance, quality, and fiscal performance for the Residential Supports Program, supervising House Managers and ensuring person-centered services in line with regulatory standards and Harc’s mission. The DRS ensures individuals live safe, meaningful, and independent lives while maximizing resources and adhering to licensing requirements.
